Election Day Registration

LEGISLATION UPDATES:

Election Day Registration legislation has been introduced into the Oregon House by Representatives Ben Cannon, Jefferson Smith, and Michael Dembrow - HJR 5 .  It had its first public hearing in the House Rules Committee on January 28, 2009.  It has also been introduced into the Senate as SJR 3.
